Understanding CSF Points

There are two types of members in CSF: active and inactive.  Those who wish to become eligible for the thousands of dollars in scholarships CSF has to give away each year and those who wish to be involved in community service projects should be active members.  Students who are only interested in graduating in gold and who are not involved in any CSF campus or state activities are inactive members.
Effective January 2020:  In order to be considered an active member you must earn a minimum of 30 points per semester.

Attending CSF Club Meeting
(must sign in and actively participate for full meeting) = 2 points

1 hour of community service (CSF-sponsored activity) = 5 points

Donations to Collection Drives and Fundraisers vary in points

In order to earn a CSF stole, you must be considered an active member for a minimum of 3 semesters.

***Please note that due to the implementation of distance learning, the point system described above has temporarily been suspended.  Instead, CSF members are asked to complete a minimum of 10 hours of community service each semester in the 2020-2021 school year in order to earn active status.
